Job Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, aligning with company goals and market trends.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to maximize their potential and results.
- Identify and target potential customers, both within existing networks and through market research, to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key decision-makers at manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors.
- Understand customer needs and industry trends to tailor product offerings and value propositions, positioning the company as a trusted partner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and marketing, to ensure seamless product development, production, and delivery processes.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports to provide insights and drive continuous improvement in sales strategies.
- Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation for the division.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidates is someone with proven track record in sales targeting predominantly Automotive OEM.
Experience in developing new business with the OEM side and also maintaining consistent business with key contacts and decision makers in the field is a preferred advantage.
