We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic Arabic voice and non-voice support executives to join our amazing team! You will be responsible for helping Arabic/GCC customers by providing assistance. Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer support and inquiries. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives Provide accurate information to customers. Update documents and records based on customer interactions. Build a rapport with customers. Must follow the rules and regulations of the company's policies.

Qualifications: Excellence in written and verbal communication skills in the Arabic and English language. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively Interested candidates with Graduation (Preferred) can apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.

Junior: 0-1 year of experience in Voice or Non-Voice customer support in Arabic , Fresher can also apply.

Schedule: 8-hour shift excluding break time. Weekly 5 working days. Rotational Shift Ability to reliably commute or willing to relocate before the work start date.
